The Unthinkable...

The unthinkable has happened and we shed so many tears for the innocent lives that have been lost at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Connecticut.  It is at times like this that we need to dig so deep to find our calm and peace.  We need to hug our children tighter and love one another more.  Acts of kindness to a stranger on the street or giving back to those in need.

Growing up in CT and having so many family and friends in the area keeps this tragedy so real and bitter.  The people of Newtown need our support in what ever way we can offer it.  Be it through prayer, positive energy or good thoughts....what ever you do, do it from your heart and it will be felt.

We feel blessed every day to have our two beautiful daughters to kiss goodnight but it is days like now that we feel even more so.

A Mid Summer Night's Dream

The Middle School children at SAIS performed an amazing rendition of one of Shakespeare's classics.
Ella was one of a 8 elementary aged children who was chosen to appear as a dancing fairy.  What an unbelievable experience....and an enjoyable evening.  Well done to the entire cast!

Our Dancing Fairy back stage...a little bit nervous!

Curtain Call
An amazing experience.....and a tired fairy after 3 performances.
